When I was 13, my dad gave me my first 35 mm SLR camera (Minolta) just before I went on a trip to Spain. Using black and white film, I quickly discovered a new way of seeing the world and communicating the essence of textures and shapes. From that point on I was hooked! Combined with my love of travelling, I find the camera is a perfect companion for my many journeys and adventures. Although working with silver gelatin film will always be my first passion, I have recently purchased a Nikon DSLR that has opened up the possibilities of my craft. I hope to use this blog as a way to share my exciting discoveries while travelling and pursuing the adventure of life. Enjoy!
